Paul Nduka Eluhaiwe

Mr. Paul Nduka Eluhaiwe is currently the Vice Chairman of Rice Processors Association of Nigeria (RIPAN) and Chairman/CEO and founder of an indigenous Agricultural Devlopment Company, called Agrotek Value Chains Agent Limited (Agrotek), established in 2012 for the purposed of developing some of the critical agricultural commodities value chains where Nigeria has comparative advantage and yet spent great percentage of its scares resource to import the products. Mr. Paul Nduka Eluhaiwe an Agricultural Economist and Development Finance Specialist. Currently the focus of the company is on Rice Value Chain. Agrotek Limited established and operates a forty four thousand (44,000) metric tonnes per annum, Intergrated Rice mill at Ugboha, Uromi, Edo State, Nigeria. Mr. Eluhaiwe is Nigerian from from Oki, in Ika South Local Government Area in Delta State, speaks Ika which is my language in addition to speaking, writing and communicating in fluent English and Igbo languages.

Mr Eluhaiwe had his career in one of the most enduring institutions in Nigeria –The Central Bank of Nigeria which is the apex financial institutions regulatory body for thirty seven and half years. I had an excellent carreer in the Bank and rose to the career peak as the Director, Development Finance Department, retired from the Bank in the month of August 2014 and got appointed by the Governor of the Bank as a Special Adviser on Development Finance mid October 2014 same year. Finally dis-engaged as a Special Adviser in mid-April 2017 to superintend the rice processing factory.
