Task manager on project cycle management of agribusiness and agriculture sector operations under the Feed Africa Strategy for Agricultural Transformation. Led development of key initiatives including agricultural value chain development projects and analytical work, solutions to finance the missing middle in the agriculture sector, the AfDB ENABLE (Empowering Novel Agribusiness Led Employment) program and ICT4Agriculture.

• ​Contributed to design and processing to Board approval of 5 projects valued at $200 million (projects include PIDACC, Gambia Rice Value Chain Development Project, Sierra Leone Agribusiness Support Project).
• ​Secured a cumulative total of $150 million in joint and parallel co-financing from IFAD, GEF, ISDB and Korea-Exim Bank on various projects.
• ​Conducted 8 peer reviews and 10 Country Team reviews on project concept notes, project appraisal reports, project completion reports and Country Strategy Papers.
• ​Led design of management response to IDEV Evaluation on Feed Africa Strategy and Capitalization workshop.
• ​Delivered training on economic and financial analysis of investment projects to 30 Bank staff.
• ​Co-task managed design and deployment (including online training courses of the new COSTAB project costing tool.

Provided effective technical assistance to the Executive Secretary (ES) to ensure seamless operations notably through quality assurance of thematic reports and briefs, provided project implementation support, reviewed reports, monitored performance and results reporting, strengthened partnerships and promoted learning and knowledge management.

• ​Served as core team member in the design and change management initiative under the structural transformation employment production and society (STEPS) country profiles project.
• Designed and implemented the Results Measurement Framework for monitoring key developmental objectives.
• Ensured all reports submitted to the ES were consistent with UN policies, strategies, and compliant with established rules, directives, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
